SeniorTalent – Unleashing talent & workforce of late-career employees and senior citizens to foster a socially and economically sustainable Europe
The Senior Talent project aims to actively integrate adults aged 55 and above in the workforce, thereby ensuring their continued societal engagement and reducing the risk of poverty in old life. Additionally, this initiative assists businesses in addressing personnel shortages by retaining valuable knowledge and expertise. The initiative will engage in conjunction with chambers, universities, and regional offices to carry out research, create a Trainingsbox for mentorship and employment skills, and arrange job fairs to facilitate the connection between seniors and employers. The outcomes encompass a comprehensive skills gap report, mentorship resources, and a White Paper aimed at influencing policy and guaranteeing long-lasting impact.
